Role: AudiologistExperience: 1-4 YearsLocation: Ludhiana & Yavatmal (Maharashtra)Work Mode: 6 Days working An Audiologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating hearing and balance disorders along with other related services like managing Tinnitus, Speech disorders, etc. Audiologists will take care of patients of all ages, providing solutions such as hearing aids, therapy, rehabilitation programs and associated patient requirementsKey Responsibilities • Conduct hearing assessments using diagnostic tools (Full battery of audiological & related assessments.) • Diagnose hearing and balance disorders • Fit and program hearing aids and assistive listening devices • Train and guide patients on Do’s & Don’ts related to the Ear anatomy and provide counselling to patients and families on hearing loss and solution options best suited to their lifestyle needs • Develop and implement auditory rehabilitation programs and participate in various research and development work of the organization.• Maintain patient records and reports • Stay updated with advancements in audiology technology. • Partner with organization in building ethical protocols and services. Essential Skillsets:Qualifications:• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Audiology (BASLP / MASLP), RCI certification • 1–4 years of clinical experience in audiology practiceKey Skills • Strong diagnostic and analytical skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Attention to detail • Empathy and patient-focused approach• Technical proficiency with audiology equipment. • Willingness to learn and grow with new product and technologies that the organization would introduce from time to time.
