About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and energetic Area Relationship Manager to drive retaileronboarding and membership sales within assigned zones. This role combines field sales,relationship management, and retailer enablement.The ARM will act as the primary point of contact for jewellers, ensuring strong engagement andlong-term association with the brand’s membership ecosystem.Key Responsibilities1. Retailer Identification & Outreach● Identify potential retailers through internal databases, online research (Google), marketvisits, and references● Generate leads and set appointments with retail owners● Conduct in-person meetings and sales presentations● Build and maintain a robust retailer pipeline2. Membership Sales & Onboarding● Pitch and sell membership products to retailers● Clearly explain the value proposition and network benefits● Drive conversions and achieve monthly sales targets● Ensure smooth onboarding process3. Relationship Management● Own and manage relationships with onboarded retailers● Act as a dedicated Relationship Manager for assigned accounts● Ensure retailers actively utilize membership benefits● Drive engagement initiatives and retention4. Training & Execution Support● Train retailers on how to leverage membership for business growth● Support implementation of brand guidelines and execution initiatives● Coordinate with Regional Manager for escalations and large opportunities5.
