Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead and manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects from design through execution and handover. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and deliver MEP projects (HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing & firefighting)Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs for accuracy and feasibilityCoordinate with architects, structural teams, and consultantsManage subcontractors and site teamsDevelop project schedules and track progressEnsure compliance with local codes and safety standardsMonitor budgets, costs, and procurement activitiesConduct site inspections and quality checksIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategiesLead client meetings and provide regular status updatesEnsure timely project handover with proper documentationRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering5–12 years of experience in MEP project managementStrong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systemsFamiliarity with industry standards and codes (e.g., NBC, ASHRAE, IEC)Experience with project planning tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft ProjectProficiency in design/review tools like AutoCAD and RevitStrong leadership and team coordination skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder managementPreferred QualificationsPMP certification from Project Management InstituteExperience in large-scale commercial, residential, or industrial projectsKnowledge of BIM coordination and clash detectionExperience working with international standards or GCC projects=Key CompetenciesTechnical expertise in MEP systemsCost control and budgetingVendor and subcontractor managementRisk assessment and problem-solvingQuality and safety compliance
