Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for SDR (Sales Development Representative) US Market experts. The SDR will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting outreach to potential clients via email, calls, and conversations to generate interest, and identifying opportunities for the sales team. The role involves driving lead generation, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with the business development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. The SDR will also act as the first point of contact for potential clients in the US market. QualificationsProficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a proven ability to identify and qualify potential leadsExcellent Communication skills with the ability to engage potential clients effectivelyStrong Sales abilities, including understanding customer needs and presenting solutionsExperience in Business Development, with a focus on identifying opportunities in the US marketResults-driven mindset with an ability to meet and exceed targetsHigh organizational skills to manage pipelines and prioritize tasks efficientlyPrior experience with CRMs and sales tools is an advantageUnderstanding of or 2 to 5yrs experience in the energy or technology sector is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.At Trydan Tech, we engineer high-performance energy storage for EVs, eVTOLs, industrial applications and AI data centres.
