only looking for immediate joiners or with max. 30 days notice.100% Remote Full time roleJob Title: License Configuration SupportWorking timings : 3:00 pm to 11:00 pmRequired:Experience - 5 to 8 YearsProvide technical and operational support for enterprise software license infrastructure and vendor managed licensing environments to ensure availability, license compliance, and user provisioning. Responsibilities include: Configure and support license managers such as Flexnet, FlexLM, Sentinel RMS/Hasp, Codemeter, Ansys LM, PTC LM, Reprise, and Dassault for uptime, accessibility, and performance, including proactive monitoring and issue resolution. Manage server availability for supported license managers. Perform license file updates, reauthentication, and configuration changes required by vendor licensing models or renewals. Administer and support cloud-based license managers, provision user assignments within license portals, manage remote dongles, and manage other licensing mechanisms. Provide Level 2 and 3 support for license configuration, outages, and implementation issues escalated through ServiceNow, ensuring timely triage, resolution, and escalation. Leverage OpenIT to manage servers and license managers, review outages, and automate actions such as user alerts or license removal when inactive sessions are detected.Create, update, and maintain Knowledge Base articles related to license access, configuration, and troubleshooting. Update and maintain license server inventory by ensuring accurate tracking of servers/cloud portals, installed License Managers, supported applications, and locations.Conduct monthly license hygiene and cleanup activities based on usage and compliance reporting. Support software stewards and product owners with licensing configuration requests, analysis, and remediation activities, including engaging directly with software vendors to open and manage support tickets, coordinate troubleshooting, and drive timely resolution of license issues.Collaborate with the broader ITAM, Infrastructure, and Deployment teams to support availability and operational continuity. Demonstrate working knowledge of license terminology, models, and restrictions to represent the function in meetings and help prevent compliance risks.
