OD & Learning AssociateLocation: Mostly Remote Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the roleWe are looking for a professional with 3 to 5 years of experience who can support consulting projects across Organization Development, Learning Design, and Client Coordination.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding client needs, creating practical people solutions, and ensuring smooth execution across projects.This is a hands-on execution role and is best suited for early to mid-career professionals. Candidates with more than 5 years of experience are unlikely to be the right fit for this role.What you will doUnderstand client requirements across training, people development, and organization effectiveness projectsSupport diagnosis of people and performance challenges through discussions, surveys, and organizational inputsAssist in designing and executing OD interventions such as competency frameworks, employee engagement initiatives, role clarity exercises, and performance support toolsCreate job descriptions, competency assessments, organization surveys, and related project documentsBuild customized learning solutions and program concepts based on client needsSupport proposal creation and tailor program content for different client contextsCoordinate with trainers and senior consultants to ensure high-quality executionConduct pre- and post-program assessments and support reportingTrack participant progress and create dashboards, reports, and project updatesManage timelines, follow-ups, and project coordination across multiple assignmentsEngage clients professionally, ask relevant questions, and contribute to practical solutionsWhat we are looking for3 to 5 years of relevant experience onlyMBA in HR or equivalent qualificationGood understanding of Organization Development conceptsWorking knowledge of HR and people development processesGood PowerPoint and Excel skillsStrong planning, coordination, and project execution abilityStrong listening, questioning, and client interaction skillsComfortable managing multiple projects at the same timeKnowledge of Hindi or multiple languages will be an added advantageAbout usWe are a consulting firm with a clear focus on building people capabilities.We do this by engineering people experience.We work extensively with our clients on people strategy, defining competency baselines for roles, assessing, developing, and coaching people.We have worked with 300+ corporate clients across India.What is in it for youExposure to diverse sectors including IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Retail, and moreOpportunity to work on varied OD and learning consulting projectsImmense learning across multiple HR and people capability areasOpportunity to work with experienced consultants and trainersMostly work-from-home setupFlexibility and healthy work-life balanceImportant noteThis role is specifically meant for professionals with 3 to 5 years of experience.
