Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on HR experience and strong communication skills.1. Recruitment & Onboarding (Blue-Collar Hiring)* Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar workforce (factory workers, helpers, loaders, drivers, etc.)* Source candidates through field hiring, contractors, job portals, and local networks* Handle joining formalities, document verification, and onboarding process2. Compliance Management* Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory compliance* Maintain employee records as per legal requirements* Support audits and compliance documentation3. Attendance Management* Monitor daily attendance and leave records* Maintain accurate attendance data and reports* Coordinate with payroll inputs4. Employee Relations* Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns* Support employee engagement activities* Maintain a positive and healthy work environment5. Documentation & Administration* Maintain employee files and HR documentation* Issue letters (offer letters, warning letters, penalties, etc.)* Handle HR forms, records, and filing systems6. Insurance Management* Coordinate employee insurance policies and claims* Maintain insurance records and ensure timely updatesKey RequirementsEducation* Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration* MBA / PGDM in HR preferredExperience* Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operationsSkills* Good communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)* Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor compliance* Strong organizational and documentation skills* Ability to handle confidential information
