Role Overview As part of the FP&A team, you will work closely with senior leadership to prepare business plans, conduct financial analysis, build forecasting models, and support key strategic decisions. This role demands high attention to detail, accuracy in data presentation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities ∙Develop and maintain 5-year business plans and Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) ∙Prepare and present MIS reports with Budget vs Actuals comparisons ∙Lead cash flow planning, forecasting, and working capital analysis ∙Conduct ad hoc analyses to support decisions on build vs buy, scenario analysis, and valuations ∙Support due diligence and strategic initiatives including transaction advisory ∙Perform risk analysis, impact assessments, and projection models ∙Assist with corporate finance initiatives including investment evaluations and ROI/IRR modelling Requirements Education & Experience ∙Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or CFA ∙2–5 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction advisory. Skills ∙Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and hands-on experience in building and maintaining complex financial models (budgets, forecasts, valuations) ∙Familiarity with key financial metrics: CAGR, EBITDA Margin, Gross Margin, Payback, IRR, ROCE, Volume vs Value drivers, etc. ∙Strong data presentation and reporting skills ∙Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication.
