With 2200+ employees and continued investments over 25 years in India, ZEISS’ success story in India is continuing at a rapid pace.Job Description: o Drive sales, collections, and revenue for assigned customers, primarily chain stores and individual optical outlets within the allocated territory, optometrists. o Manage channel partners and distribution networks to ensure market coverage and business growth. o Monitor market trends, competition activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. o Ensure timely collections and adherence to company processes and policies. o Activate new customer accounts and grow business with existing customers by increasing share of wallet. o Execute consultative selling, understanding customer needs and positioning appropriate solutions. o Build and maintain strong relationships with opticians, store owners and optometrists. o Manage channel partners and distribution networks to ensure market coverage and business growth. o Monitor market trends, competition activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. o Ensure timely collections and adherence to company processes and policies.Job Requirements:o Graduate from a recognized university, preferably with a science background. o 1 to 5 years of experience in consumer products / optical / FMCG / FMCD sales. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders. o Proven capability in channel and distribution management. o Comfortable having meaningful, technical discussions with optometrists. o Ability to understand specialty products and work effectively in niche market segments. o Self-driven and result-oriented, with strong planning and analytical skills. o Customer-focused, agile, and responsive to market dynamics and customer needs. o Flexible to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
