We guide students through course selection, university applications, visa processes, and education loans with a student-first approach.Key Responsibilities • Counsel students on study abroad opportunities (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.) • Understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses and universities • Assist students in the application and admission process • Guide students on documentation, SOPs, LORs, and resume preparation • Follow up with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and emails • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application status • Coordinate with internal teams (visa, loans, applications) for smooth processing • Achieve monthly targets for conversions and student enrollmentsRequired Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build trust and rapport with students • Basic knowledge of study abroad processes (preferred but not mandatory) • Good organizational and time management skills • Proficiency in English (spoken & written); additional languages are a plusWhat We’re Looking For • Passion for helping students achieve their education goals • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset • Quick learner with a proactive approach • Ability to handle multiple students and deadlinesWhat We Offer • Competitive salary + performance-based incentives • Training and mentorship in study abroad counselling • Career growth opportunities within the organization • Dynamic and supportive work environment
