Visit for more on us.Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Admin Manager with 7–8 years of experience to oversee financial operations, compliance, and administrative functions. This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and smooth day-to-day office operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & FinanceManage end-to-end accounting operations including bookkeeping, AR/AP, and general ledgerPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsHandle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliancesCoordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authoritiesMonitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planningEnsure timely invoicing and collectionsMaintain financial controls and improve accounting processesCompliance & ReportingEnsure adherence to statutory requirements and corporate policiesPrepare MIS reports for management reviewSupport financial audits and internal controlsAdministrationOversee office administration, vendor management, and procurementManage contracts, renewals, and facility operationsEnsure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and support systemsHandle insurance, licenses, and documentationTeam & Process ManagementSupervise and guide junior accounts/admin staffImplement systems to improve efficiency and accuracyCollaborate with cross-functional teams for operational supportQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Commerce (); CA Inter / M Com7–8 years of relevant experience in accounts and administrationStrong knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS, etc.)Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar)Advanced Excel skills and financial reporting capabilityHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlinesWhat We’re Looking ForA structured thinker with strong ownership mindsetSomeone who brings discipline into financial and admin processesA problem-solver who can scale systems as the company growsWhy Join AdfinityBe part of a growing brand with global ambitionsOpportunity to build and streamline core functionsWork closely with leadership and influence key decisionsTo Apply:Send your resume to with the subject line: Accounts & Admin Manager – Kochi
