We’re Hiring: Data Analyst (PE/VC Intelligence | Operator Profiling | SaaS)We’re building an institutional-grade SaaS platform that evaluates senior operators and executives for Private Equity and Venture Capital funds.Think PitchBook meets Morningstar, but for people.We are solving a simple but hard problem:Funds don’t have enough time to deeply vet operator CVs, deal history, and real impact signals across fragmented data sources. We are building the intelligence layer that does this at scale.The RoleWe’re looking for a Data Analyst who understands how value is created in PE/VC-backed businesses and can translate messy career data into structured, decision-grade intelligence.You will sit at the core of our verification and scoring engine.What you will doAnalyze operator CVs, board level credentials, intake forms, and structured career dataBreak down career trajectories into measurable signals (impact, scale, consistency, outcomes)Build structured profiles that help funds evaluate operators quickly and confidentlyWork with product and engineering to refine scoring logic and validation frameworksCross-reference internal datasets with external signalsIdentify inconsistencies, inflated claims, and missing evidence in profilesHelp improve how we convert unstructured career history into institutional-grade insightsWhat we’re looking for2 to 5 years experience in data analysis, equity research, investment research, consulting, or similar rolesStrong understanding of PE / VC / growth investing ecosystemFamiliarity with financial metrics like revenue, EBITDA, ARR, valuation, deal structuresAbility to read between the lines in CVs and understand real business impact vs narrativeStrong analytical thinking, comfort working with imperfect dataBonus: exposure to PitchBook, Morningstar, deal sourcing, or due diligence workflowsWhy this role is differentYou are not just cleaning data.You are helping define how institutional investors evaluate human capital at scale.Every profile you touch will influence real investment decisions across funds.About usWe are a SaaS platform building the intelligence layer for Private Equity and Venture Capital decision-making.
