The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building microservices, REST APIs, and data-intensive systems using Python, along with working knowledge of Java/Spring Boot ecosystems to support and collaborate across hybrid technology environments. Key Responsibilities:Design and develop secure, scalable, and high-performance backend systems for mission-critical, high-availability enterprise applications.  Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Django.  Work on event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka) to support real-time data processing and distributed systems.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.  Contribute to systems involving both Python and Java-based services, ensuring interoperability and performance.  Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure high-quality deliverables.  Implement code best practices.  Proficient in Agile Methodologies and Scrum ceremonies.   Required Skills (Primary Focus):5+ years of experience in Python with hands-on experience in: FastAPI / Django / Flask and Building REST APIs and microservices  Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architecture (Kafka preferred)  Solid understanding of:  System design, Scalability and performance optimization, API design best practices  Experience with relational databases: PostgreSQL / Oracle  Writing optimized queries and handling large datasets  Familiarity with Pyspark.   Good to Have:Working experience with Java (JDK 11/17+)  Familiarity with: Spring Boot  Ability to understand, debug, or extend existing Java-based microservices
