This role needs someone who is comfortable working in a remote setup, managing global stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered with strong governance, clarity, and ownership. You will play a key role in bridging business expectations with technical execution while ensuring timelines, quality, and commercial aspects are well managed.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive projects from initiation to closure with full accountability Lead cross functional teams across Data, Analytics, and SAP domains Manage remote teams and ensure smooth collaboration across different time zones Establish and maintain strong project governance with clients and internal stakeholders Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and mitigation plans Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies with clear tracking and resolution Ensure consistent communication through status reports, steering meetings, and checkpoints Work closely with clients to manage expectations, dependencies, and escalations Own SOW creation, review, and adherence throughout the project lifecycle Manage commercials, change requests, and effort tracking effectively Track and manage team timesheets, resource utilization, and overall delivery health Ensure strong governance, reporting, and control across all project phases Ensure quality delivery aligned with agreed KPIs and business outcomes Required Skills & Experience6 to 8 years of experience in Project Management roles Proven experience in delivering Data and Analytics projects Strong exposure to SAP related projects (ECC, S4, BW, or similar) Solid understanding of Azure ecosystem and cloud based project delivery Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ 900) is required PMP or PRINCE2 certification is mandatory Strong experience in managing end to end project lifecycle Hands on experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira, and similar project tracking tools Strong leadership skills with experience handling distributed teams Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across geographies Good understanding of delivery governance, risk management, and reporting Experience working in client facing roles with accountability for outcomes Hands on experience with SOW, commercials, and project financials Good to HaveExperience participating in RFP or proposal processes Exposure to pre sales or solutioning discussions Familiarity with Agile and Hybrid delivery models What We’re Looking ForStrong ownership mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive outcomes Clear and confident communicator who can engage with both business and technical stakeholders Ability to stay calm and structured under pressure while managing multiple priorities Detail oriented when it comes to planning, tracking, and reporting Proactive in identifying risks and addressing them before they become issues Strong focus on governance, control, and structured project execution Comfortable working in a remote and globally distributed team setup Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust quickly Practical thinker who can balance quality, timelines, and effort Willingness to step in and support the team when needed Ability to adapt quickly in a fast changing project environment Strong sense of accountability for both delivery and client satisfaction Career at Kagool A career at Kagool will give you a path towards progression and opportunities, with the current rate of growth, we at Kagool have dedicated time towards individual growth, recognizing individual contributions, filling the team with a strong sense of purpose along with providing a fun, flexible and friendly work environment.
