Our platform serves real operational users daily — performance, clarity, and usability matter.We are not hiring someone who copies templates or tweaks themes.We are hiring someone who understands structure, responsiveness, browser behavior and clean UI implementation.If you care about pixel precision, cross-browser consistency and shipping production-ready interfaces — this role is for you.What You’ll Be Responsible ForBuilding responsive, production-grade UI using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQueryConverting Figma designs into pixel-perfect, cross-browser compatible interfacesEnsuring layouts are responsive across desktop, tablet and mobileMaintaining clean, structured CSS architectureImproving page performance and load timesHandling DOM manipulation and dynamic UI logic using JavaScript/jQueryCollaborating closely with backend developers to integrate APIs correctlyIdentifying and fixing UI bugs across browsers and screen sizesWriting maintainable, well-structured frontend codeOwning UI quality, not just delivering screensRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent experience)3+ years of frontend development experienceStrong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQueryAbility to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect UIStrong understanding of responsive design principlesExperience ensuring cross-browser compatibilitySolid debugging skills using browser dev toolsExperience working in SaaS or product-based environmentsAbility and willingness to work US business hours when needed to troubleshootFluent spoken and written EnglishStrong ownership mindsetStrongly PreferredExperience optimizing frontend performanceExperience working with REST APIsExperience in startup or fast-moving product environmentsExperience with React.jsUnderstanding of accessibility best practicesWhat We Mean by “Frontend Ownership”We are looking for someone who:Notices 2px misalignment without being toldTests layouts across real screen sizesDoesn’t hardcode styles “just to make it work”Cares about performance and load speedTreats UI quality as engineering responsibility
