This role is designed to support business development efforts in U.A.E. and Saudi Arabia and contribute directly to revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products/services.Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer information.Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to improve sales strategies.Required Skills & Qualifications2–5 years of experience in tele sales or inside sales.Strong cold calling capabilities.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Multilingual capabilities (Arabic and English mandatory).
