More details as below.Notice Period: Immediate-15 daysContract: Longterm ContractWork: PAN INDIAMin:7+ YearsKey ResponsibilitiesJD - • Configure and support SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) components including functional locations, equipment master data, maintenance orders, notifications, task lists, and maintenance plans. • Analyze existing Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) processes and design optimized solutions to improve maintenance planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting. • Work extensively on SAP Work Manager / Mobile Asset Management applications, enabling field technicians with: o Mobile work order execution o Notification creation and updates o Asset data capture o Offline capabilities for remote operations • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MM, PP, QM, Fiori, Mobility) to ensure consistent and integrated EAM processes. • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying system enhancements and recommending best practices in SAP PM and mobile workforce solutions. Required Skills & Experience: • Strong hands-on experience in SAP PM configuration and support. • Good understanding of EAM processes such as preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, refurbishment, and asset lifecycle management. • Experience in SAP Work Manager / Mobile Work Order Management tools or similar mobility platforms. • Ability to analyze issues, propose solutions, and interact effectively with business users. • Excellent communication skills with proven experience in stakeholder management.WHAT’S ON OFFER:You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
