We are building ConsultantIQ (CIQ) — an AI-powered platform where AI handles documentation and workflows while users focus on delivering results. The product combines project workflows, AI-generated deliverables, and ready templates into a single system. We are looking for a freelance Product/UX Designer with a strong Business Analyst mindset, ideally with experience in task management or workflow-based SaaS tools (e.g., Notion, ClickUp, Asana), to help simplify the experience and make the product more execution-focused.The role involves defining and improving the end-to-end user journey where users can start a project, follow guided steps, generate deliverables, and complete work efficiently. A primary part of this role will involve working closely with developers, business analysts, and testers to enhance and refine the system, translating business requirements into clear workflows, user flows, and product improvements. This is closer to a product/BA role than pure UI design — strong product thinking, workflow design, and ability to structure systems are essential.This is an hourly freelance role. We require at least 3–4 hours of overlap with US working hours for collaboration.
