For data center and IT room related opportunities, SolutionMall already supports a dedicated IDC equipment suite that includes modular data centers, UPS, PDU, outdoor cabinets, indoor racks, air conditioning, and power & environmental monitoring products, supported by product catalog resources, technical references, and sales playbooks. 2) Role OverviewWe are looking for an IT Engineer – IT Room Equipment & Infrastructure Support for the India market.This is a part-time role and may also develop as a flexible long-term cooperation position. The main focus of this role is technical capability. We are looking for someone who can support actual projects and technical communication related to IT room equipment, server room infrastructure, and supporting hardware systems.This is not a pure sales role, and it is also not intended to be a general project manager position. The ideal candidate should be able to support:technical understanding of IT room and IDC equipmentequipment selection and configuration supportrequirement clarificationquotation-related technical assistancecustomer-facing technical communicationproject-side technical follow-upBusiness development support may be involved when needed, but it is secondary to the technical responsibilities.3) Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support for IT Room EquipmentSupport technical work related to IT room and server room equipmentHelp review customer requirements and identify suitable equipment categoriesProvide technical support for products such as:modular data center systemsUPSPDUindoor racksoutdoor cabinetsair conditioning systemspower & environmental monitoring devicesAssist in checking product suitability, application fit, and basic equipment configuration directionThese categories are already part of SolutionMall’s centralized IDC equipment suite and are supported by product catalog resources, technical references, and supporting sales materials.
