Job SummaryWe are seeking 4+Years experience skilled BIOVIA Pipeline Pilot Developer to design, develop, and support data workflows and analytics pipelines for scientific and enterprise data. The role involves close collaboration with R&D scientists, data scientists, and IT teams to automate data processing, integration, and analysis across life sciences systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain BIOVIA Pipeline Pilot protocols for data processing, analysis, and automationIntegrate Pipeline Pilot with scientific data sources such as:SDMS, ELN, LIMSDatabases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)Flat files (CSV, XML, JSON)Web services and REST APIsImplement workflows for chemical, biological, and clinical data handlingOptimize protocol performance and ensure scalability and reusabilityDevelop custom components using Java, Python, Perl, or .NET where requiredCollaborate with scientists and business users to understand analytical needsSupport validation, documentation, and compliance (GxP where applicable)Troubleshoot protocol errors and production issuesParticipate in version upgrades, migrations, and platform enhancementsPrepare technical documentation and user guidesRequired Skills & QualificationsTechnical SkillsStrong hands-on experience with BIOVIA Pipeline PilotProficiency in:Protocol developmentComponent customizationData connectors and integration collectionsWorking knowledge of SQL and relational databasesExperience with scripting languages (Python, Java, Perl, or R)Understanding of web services (REST/SOAP)Familiarity with data formats: XML, JSON, CSV, SDFExperience in Windows and Linux environmentsDomain KnowledgeLife Sciences, Pharma, Biotech, or Healthcare dataChemical informatics, bioinformatics, or clinical data workflows (preferred)Preferred QualificationsExperience with other BIOVIA products (e.g., ELN, Chemical Registration, Discoverant)Knowledge of GxP compliance, validation, and audit requirementsExposure to cloud platforms or enterprise integrationsExperience with DevOps tools, Git, or CI/CD pipelinesCertification or formal training in BIOVIA solutions
