As Program Manager, you will work as part of a global team supported by our business, engineering and architecture partners to help us collaboratively develop and deliver industry leading technology solutions that drive lululemon’s business goals. Must Haves:Translate business objectives into an actionable program roadmap with clear scope, milestones, success metrics, and delivery outcomes.Build and maintain integrated program plans across multiple teams/workstreams, orchestrating timelines, resources, budgets (as applicable), and release readiness.Establish and run delivery governance (cadence, status, RAID, executive updates), ensuring predictability and transparency across the program lifecycle.Proactively identify, track, and manage cross-team dependencies, ensuring teams are aligned on sequencing, integration points, and shared deliverables.Own program risk and issue management—drive mitigation plans, remove blockers through influence, and escalate with options and trade-offs when needed.Lead stakeholder alignment across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Operations, and external partners/vendors—facilitating decisions and building durable consensus.Apply Agile delivery practices at program scale (Scrum/Kanban), enabling incremental value delivery through adaptive planning and continuous improvement.Drive execution quality through definition of done, acceptance criteria, release/rollout planning, and operational readiness (including support handoffs).Support a culture of learning by running retrospectives, improving program practices, and mentoring delivery leads/program managers on execution excellence.Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.Communicates with honesty and kindness and creates space for others to do the same.Leads with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.Integrates fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take themselves too seriously.Key Responsibilities:We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager II to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex technology programs that drive measurable business outcomes for Digital Identity Organization. This role partners closely with product, engineering, architecture, security, and operations to orchestrate scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resources across multiple workstreams—while improving predictability and delivery governance.Program Planning & ExecutionStakeholder Management & AlignmentDependency & Risk ManagementCross-Team Coordination & CollaborationAgile MethodologyProgram Management Leadership & Practice DevelopmentLead end-to-end program delivery: define scope, outcomes, milestones, critical path, capacity/resource plan, and (where applicable) budgets.Build and maintain integrated plans (multi-team, multi-release), ensuring alignment to quarterly/annual objectives and business priorities.Establish program-level operating rhythm: delivery cadences, readiness checkpoints, release gates, and clear reporting of progress/health.Drive shared understanding of program goals, success metrics, and trade-offs; facilitate decision-making across senior stakeholders.Communicate status, risks, and recommendations with clarity—tailoring messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.Build strong relationships across global partners and cross-functional teams to keep outcomes on track.Identify and manage dependencies across teams and systems; ensure sequencing and integration plans are explicit and actively managed.Own RAID management: anticipate risks, drive mitigations, resolve issues, and escalate with proposed options and impacts.Ensure program changes (scope, timeline, resourcing) are governed and communicated through appropriate forums.Coordinate execution across multiple technology teams and business functions; align on priorities, interfaces, and delivery commitments.Enable effective collaboration through workshops, planning sessions, and working groups; remove friction and improve throughput.Partner with engineering and operations to drive release/rollout planning and operational readiness (runbooks, monitoring, support models).Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to program delivery; support ceremonies and program-level planning (PI/QBR planning where applicable).Promote incremental value delivery through iterative planning, continuous feedback loops, and retrospectives.Improve flow efficiency and predictability using metrics (e.g., burndown, throughput, cycle time, release predictability).Champion program management excellence by standardizing artifacts, templates, and operating mechanisms that scale across teams.Mentor delivery leads/program managers and contribute to capability building across the broader technology organization.Drive continuous improvement by evaluating lessons learned and implementing process and tooling enhancements.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).8+ years’ experience in program/project management delivering technology initiatives, with at least 3–5 years leading multi-team, cross-functional programs.Proven track record delivering programs with defined business outcomes, managing scope, schedule, resources, and governance across the full lifecycle.Strong experience with dependency management, critical path planning, RAID management, and execution predictability in complex environments.Hands-on experience applying Agile delivery methods (Scrum/Kanban), facilitating key ceremonies, and enabling iterative value delivery.Excellent stakeholder management skills—able to align leaders, negotiate trade-offs, and influence without direct authority.Strong analytical and communication skills: able to synthesize ambiguity into clear plans, executive-ready updates, and decision narratives.Proficiency with delivery tooling such as Jira/Confluence (or similar), and program planning/reporting tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, ADO, Miro).Experience working in a global, distributed team environment across time zones.Nice to have: experience delivering eCommerce Profile & Identity programs such as Login and Registration, Authentication & Authorization (SSO, OAuth/OIDC, MFA), guest-to-registered conversion, account recovery, profile data management, privacy/consent preferences, and identity security/compliance initiatives.
