We help enterprise clients modernize security operations through engineering-led delivery and practical automation.Role OverviewWe are hiring a hands-on IAM Automation Engineer to work across Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, Active Directory, and related systems. This is not a traditional IAM support role—we are looking for engineers who can automate workflows, integrate systems, and reduce manual effort.This is a contract-to-hire role with strong long-term potential.What You Will Do • Build IAM automation across Okta, Entra ID, SailPoint, and AD • Develop Python scripts for JML, access requests, and remediation workflows • Integrate systems using APIs, SCIM, webhooks, and event-driven patterns • Reduce manual triage, ticket handling, and repetitive operations • Automate identity lifecycle and service account management • Troubleshoot automation and integration issuesRequired Skills • 4+ years IAM engineering experience • Hands-on with Okta, Entra ID, or SailPoint • Strong Python scripting • Experience with APIs (REST/SCIM), JSON, webhooks • Understanding of Active Directory and identity lifecycle • Experience automating IAM workflowsPreferred Skills • Experience across multiple IAM platforms • PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, or Terraform • Service account lifecycle management • Enterprise or managed services experienceWhat We Are Looking For • Engineers, not ticket routers • Strong builders who automate and improve systems • Independent problem solvers comfortable in enterprise environmentsCompensation & Engagement • ₹18–35 LPA equivalent (based on experience) • Contract-to-hire opportunity
