These roles offerflexible, work-from-home opportunities, enabling you to restart your career whilemaintaining a healthy work-life balance.Role Overview:As a B2C Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for consultative selling of our online UG& PG degree programs to working professionals, freshers, and students. You’ll play akey role in guiding prospects through the enrolment journey—from inquiry toadmission—ensuring a seamless and impactful experience.Key Responsibilities:• Conduct outbound calls to new prospects and maintain regular follow-up withpreviously contacted leads to achieve sales objectives.• Engage with candidates through telecalls, online demos, trial sessions, emails,and chats, providing them with a compelling learning experience.• Understand each lead’s background, educational goals, career aspirations, andguide them toward suitable degree programs (BA, BCom, BSc, MA, MCom, MCA,MBA, etc.).• Develop impactful and engaging discussions with prospective candidates,ensuring their enrolment in our learning programs.• Employ data-driven sales management techniques, effectively managing theentire sales funnel and leveraging CRM tools such as Salesforce, Lead Squared,and No Paper Forms.• Emphasize high-quality sales practices and adhere to strong sales processes,driving results and meeting targets consistently.What We’re Looking For:• Possess 0-5 years of experience in a B2C sales environment, demonstrating atrack record of exceptional sales achievements.• Display a good understanding of Dialler Operations and CRM Management,leveraging tools such as Salesforce, Lead Squared, and NoPaperForms.• Exhibit excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills to engageeffectively with candidates.• Demonstrate a high level of ownership and the ability to establish processesfrom scratch.• Previous exposure to startup environments is preferred, showcasing adaptabilityStudies show that 45% of women in India leave the workforce due to family-relatedreasons.
