The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding potential students through the admissions process, explaining our courses, and ensuring maximum enrollments.Key Responsibilities: • Team Leadership & Management: • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4–8 sales counselors. • Monitor team performance and guide them to achieve center-wide sales targets. • Conduct, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions. • Actively generate leadsthrough inbound/outbound outreach, and referrals.• Conduct consultations and drive enrollments by understanding learner goals and program offerings. • Meet and exceed individual monthly/quarterly sales targets.Requirements: • 3–6 years of experience in EdTech sales or hardcore B2C/B2B sales (mandatory). • At least 1–2 years of experience in team handling or sales leadership roles. • Proven record of achieving and exceeding team and individualsales targets.• calling and lead conversion skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonalskills. • Experience in education/admission counseling is highly preferred. • Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
