curatAId is seeking a Finance Manager – Reporting & Automation (Workiva Focus) on a contract basis (minimum 8 months) to lead a remote finance reporting team for our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Workiva, financial reporting processes, GAAP compliance and data automation. This role is key to ensuring accuracy, efficiency and digital innovation in financial reporting workflows. The position is completely remote and is best suited for professionals who are available to join immediately.Location: Remote (India)Job Type: 8-Month Contract (Possible Extension)Start Date: Immediate Joiners OnlyReporting To: Senior Finance LeadershipExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to engage with multiple and global stakeholdersIndependent, self-driven and motivated Consultant Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a remote finance team focused on financial reporting and process automation using Workiva and related tools. Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and GAAP-compliant financial statements using tools like Workiva, Thomson Reuters, and CaseWare. Workiva Expertise: Leverage Workiva (Level II GSR certification preferred), including Wdata, connectors, and APIs for efficient reporting. Data Management: Manage and transform large datasets using advanced Wdata functions and data analysis tools. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve existing reporting processes and build digital solutions for increased efficiency. Automation: Streamline repetitive tasks and enhance reporting processes through automation and technology-driven solutions. Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.Prior experience managing remote finance/reporting teams.Strong hands-on expertise in Workiva or similar tool, APIs and financial data tools.Solid understanding of GAAP and statutory reporting frameworks.Experience with financial tools such as Thomson Reuters, CaseWare and others.
