The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to plant HR operations and a strategic mindset to drive organizational growth.Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end HR operations at the plant Manage Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement & Retention Handle IR (Industrial Relations) & compliance with labor laws Drive performance management and organizational development initiatives Ensure smooth HR processes, policies, and statutory compliance Collaborate with leadership for workforce planning and strategyRequirements: Proven experience in HR leadership roles (preferably in manufacturing/FMCG) Strong knowledge of labor laws, IR & plant HR practices Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, plant-driven environmentExperience:10+ years (with relevant plant HR exposure preferred) If you’re passionate about driving HR excellence in a manufacturing setup, we’d love to connect!
