About the Role We are looking for an Insight Sales SDR/BDR to own pipeline generation for PitchSense AI. This role sits within HSV Digital’s growth team and requires someone who combines sharp market intelligence with confident outreach, someone who does not just send emails but crafts conversations that convert. You will be the critical link between market insight and revenue, helping bring PitchSense AI to sales leaders, enablement teams, and revenue operations decision-makers across mid-to-large enterprises. Key Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting: Execute targeted outreach via LinkedIn, cold calls, personalised email sequences, and other channels to connect with decision-makers in mid-to-large enterprises. Lead Qualification: Understand prospect challenges, tech landscape, and buying process to qualify leads and pass high-intent opportunities to sales. Cold Calling Excellence: Conduct structured, consultative cold calls; handle objections and drive conversations toward meetings. CRM Hygiene & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM (Zoho, Apollo); track activities and optimise outreach using data. Market & Account Research: Research target accounts, pain points, and priorities to personalise outreach. Pipeline Ownership: Meet or exceed targets for outreach, meetings, and qualified pipeline. Pre-Sales Support & Proposal Collaboration: Work with internal teams on proposals, estimates, and presentations. Partnership & Referral Development: Identify and nurture partnerships and referral channels to expand lead sources.
