Job Title: SAP S/4HANA VIM ConsultantLocation: Pune, IndiaExperience: 8–12 YearsEmployment Type: Full-Time(Permanent)About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA VIM Consultant with strong expertise in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge in Accounts Payable (AP) along with hands-on experience in SAP FI and MM modules, and a proven track record in end-to-end project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute SAP VIM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projectsGather business requirements and translate them into functional specificationsConfigure and customize OpenText VIM solutions as per business needsDrive blueprinting, system design, and solution architecturePerform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT supportPrepare detailed test strategies, plans, and documentationCollaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, Technical)Conduct end-user training and provide post-go-live supportEnsure smooth integration with OpenText tools (ICC/BCC, Archive Server, Enterprise Scan)Required Skills & ExpertiseSAP VIM & OpenTextStrong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA VIM (preferably VIM 16.3; minimum VIM 7.5)Expertise in:ArchiveLink configurationVIM Document TypesIndexing Screen EnhancementsApproval Class EnhancementsChart of AuthorityProcess Types & Process OptionsSolid understanding of VIM & ICC functionalitiesExperience with custom enhancements and developments in VIMSAP Functional KnowledgeStrong experience in Accounts Payable (AP)Good working knowledge of SAP FI and MM modulesProject & Delivery ExperienceEnd-to-end project lifecycle experience:Requirement gathering & business process mappingBlueprint documentationSystem configuration & functional designTesting (Unit, Integration, UAT)Go-live & hypercare supportExperience in preparing:Test scenarios, test cases, and execution plansTest environments and schedulingDocumentation and sign-offsPreferred QualificationsExperience in S/4HANA transformation projectsExposure to automation and digital invoice processing solutionsKnowledge of integration with OCR and scanning toolsSoft SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesProblem-solving mindset with attention to detail
