Hiring: ServiceNow GRC Technical Delivery ManagerLocation: RemoteDuration: 6 Months (Extendable based on performance)Shift: 10 AM – 7 PM ISTRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow GRC Technical Delivery Manager who can balance both technical expertise (60%) and functional leadership (40%). The ideal candidate should currently be working in a ServiceNow Delivery Manager role and have strong hands-on experience in GRC implementations along with team leadership capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical (60%)Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow GRC modules (IRM, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Policy & Compliance).Provide hands-on development support including scripting, workflows, integrations, and customization.Ensure best practices in ServiceNow architecture, design, and development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution design and technical delivery.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within GRC implementations.Functional & Leadership (40%)Manage and lead a team of ServiceNow developers and consultants.Drive stakeholder engagement and act as a key point of contact for clients.Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality and customer satisfaction.Monitor team performance, provide mentorship, and conduct performance evaluations.Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.Required Skills & Experience8+ years of overall experience in ServiceNow platform.Strong experience in ServiceNow GRC / IRM implementations.Proven experience in a Delivery Manager / Technical Lead role.Hands-on expertise in:ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)Workflows, Flow Designer, IntegrationHubSystem integrations (REST/SOAP)Excellent team management and leadership skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Preferred QualificationsServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-GRC/IRM preferred).Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery models.
