////// CONTEXTWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Stores & Logistics Executive with 3–4 years experience (Preferably in Aerospace & Defence / Tooling Industry) to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in handling aerospace or tooling components, along with exposure to forklift operations and ERP systems.////// JOB DESCRIPTIONAs an Stores & Logistics Executive your missions are as follows :-Manage day-to-day store operations, including inward and outward material movement -Ensure accurate inventory control and stock reconciliation -Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material inspection coordination, and documentation -Maintain proper storage, preservation, and traceability of aerospace/tooling components -Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality teams for material availability -Plan and execute dispatch activities, including packing, labeling, and shipment documentation -Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures -Operate and manage forklift activities for material handling (if certified) -Maintain records in ERP systems (preferably SAGE or similar) -Support audits by maintaining proper documentation and traceability records -Monitor and improve warehouse efficiency and space utilization The above responsibilities are indicative and not exhaustive; the role holder is expected to take on additional duties and responsibilities as required to meet business and organizational needs.////// PROFILEDiploma or Bachelor’s degree holder with valid forklift certification and practical operating experience, strong working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAGE), and proven exposure to aerospace & defence or tooling environments, with an understanding of shopfloor, stores, and logistics operations.////// CONDITIONS Location : BANGALOREContract : PERMANENTStarting position : As soon as possible
