Job Title: Procurement Manager – ELV SystemsLocation: New DelhiDepartment: ProcurementJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee the sourcing and procurement of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems and related materials. The role requires strong vendor management, cost optimisation, and timely procurement to support ongoing and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ELV procurement and be able to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end procurement of ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, PA systems, and networking componentsDevelop and maintain a strong vendor base; negotiate pricing, terms, and contractsCoordinate with project teams to understand material requirements and ensure timely deliveryMonitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock managementEvaluate supplier performance and ensure quality complianceIdentify cost-saving opportunities without compromising qualityEnsure proper documentation, PO issuance, and procurement recordsHandle multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict timelinesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field10+ years of overall experience in procurement, with at least 3–4 years specifically in ELV procurementStrong knowledge of ELV products, vendors, and market pricingExcellent negotiation and vendor management skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage urgent project requirementsProficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems, Epicor systems Preferred Profile:Experience in handling procurement for multiple project sitesFamiliarity with the Delhi/NCR vendor ecosystemCandidate should be available for immediate joining (within 10 days preferred)Ability to coordinate effectively with site teams and internal stakeholdersNote:This role requires close coordination with project teams and may involve occasional site visits based on project needs.
