Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll ManagementManage and oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.Validate payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, reimbursements, bonuses, and variable pay.Coordinate with finance teams and payroll vendors for seamless payroll execution.Handle payroll-related queries and ensure timely resolution.Statutory ComplianceEnsure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Gratuity, and other labour laws.Coordinate with consultants and internal stakeholders for timely filings and statutory reporting.Maintain statutory records and documentation as per regulatory requirements.Stay updated with changes in labour laws and ensure organizational compliance.HR Operations & Employee LifecycleManage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits.Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.Maintain and update data in HRIS systems (ZingHR or similar platforms).Support HR reporting and dashboards related to workforce data and HR metrics.Employee Engagement & Culture InitiativesPlan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communication programs.Support initiatives that strengthen employee connect, culture building, and recognition programs.Coordinate activities such as townhalls, employee events, and engagement campaigns.Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and better workflows.Ensure consistency in HR processes and documentation across the organization.Support HR leadership in implementing operational HR initiatives.
