Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Technical ConsultantLocation: Hyderabad / Noida (Hybrid)Job Type: FulltimeRole Summary:We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft HCM Technical Consultant to support development, customization, and maintenance of PeopleSoft HCM applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in PeopleTools and hands-on experience working across multiple HCM modules in a hybrid work environment.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM technical components and customizationsWork on PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interface, and Integration BrokerSupport enhancements, bug fixes, and production issues across HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, etc.)Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutionsDevelop and support interfaces, conversions, and data migration activitiesParticipate in system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning initiativesCreate and maintain technical design documents and code documentationSupport testing activities (SIT/UAT) and ensure high-quality deliverablesTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely mannerRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field8+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM technical developmentStrong hands-on experience with PeopleTools (PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Integration Broker)Good understanding of PeopleSoft HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor)Proficiency in SQL and database conceptsExperience in handling production support and enhancementsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades (e.g., 8.9 to 9.2) or PUM updatesExposure to Fluid UI and related technologiesExperience with web services (REST/SOAP) and third-party integrationsFamiliarity with reporting tools like BI Publisher, nVisionStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsKey Skills:PeopleCodeApplication Engine / SQRIntegration BrokerSQL / DatabaseTechnical Design & DevelopmentTroubleshooting & SupportWork Model:Hybrid – candidate should be open to working from the Hyderabad office or Noida office as requiredCompany OverviewWhy work at SmartERP, a Mythics Company?Because at Mythics and SmartERP, YOU count!
