The role involves working closely with medical writers, account teams, and clients to translate complex scientific information into engaging visual formats.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scientific and promotional materials including:Visual aids (VAs), slide decks, infographicsDigital assets (emails, banners, social media creatives)Congress materials, posters, leave-behindsTranslate complex clinical and scientific data into clear, visually engaging designsEnsure all designs align with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements (MLR compliance)Collaborate with:Medical writersAccount managersRegulatory and editorial teamsSupport omnichannel content development (modular content, digital-first assets)Participate in review cycles (MLR) and incorporate feedback efficientlyManage multiple projects with tight timelines and high accuracyRequired Skills & Experience3–8 years of experience in:Medical communications agenciesHealthcare advertising (e.g., Omnicom Group network agencies)Strong understanding of:Scientific/medical content visualizationPharma promotional materialsMLR review processProficiency in design tools:Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)PowerPoint (very important)Experience in:Infographics and data visualizationModular content frameworksDigital and omnichannel campaignsEducationBachelor’s degree in:Graphic Design / Visual Communication / MultimediaExposure to Life Sciences / Healthcare domain is a strong plus
