Your goal is to blend a premium aesthetic with functional design, translating complex financial data into simple, elegant visuals. Social Media and YouTubeDesign high-impact visual hooks, including social media assets, newsletters and Youtube thumbnails, that capture the attention of a sophisticated audience. Internal BrandingShape the Dezerv culture by creating high-quality visuals for internal townhalls, hackathons, internal events and office spaces. Your work will keep the team energised and ensure our internal identity is as polished as our external presence.3. Event DesignCreate immersive brand experiences for exclusive HNI gatherings and investment conclaves. This includes everything from physical invites and brochures to large-scale environmental graphics that reflect a luxury aesthetic.4. Brand Coherence Across TouchpointsMaintain a seamless visual identity across all platforms, from WhatsApp messages to brand films. You will act as the brand custodian, ensuring every piece of communication is unified, consistent, and instantly recognisable as Dezerv.5. AI-Driven EfficiencyLeverage AI tools to accelerate design workflows and find smarter, faster ways to execute high-quality work. You have a knack for integrating the latest technology to automate repetitive tasks, allowing more time for creative strategy and craft.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or if you have picked up skills on your wayExperience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the financial services or investment industry.Skills:Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), PowerPoint, Keynote, and other presentation tools.Knack to finding smart and faster ways of executing with Artificial IntelligenceStrong visual design skills, including color theory, typography, and layout.
