Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented finance professional to join the Accounts & Finance team to manage financial reporting, finalization of accounts, IND AS compliance, and taxation functions. The role requires strong expertise in statutory reporting, audit coordination, and direct & indirect tax compliance within a fast-paced IT / technology solutions environment, inventory accounting, and stock controls, considering the company’s IT distribution and cloud business model.Key Responsibilities:1. Books Finalization & Financial Reporting· Lead monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual closing of books of accounts.· Preparation of standalone financial statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow statements.· Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records in compliance with applicable standards.2. IND AS & AS Compliance· Ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) & AS.· Handle accounting for complex transactions including revenue recognition, leases, financial instruments, and provisions.· Keep track of amendments and ensure timely implementation.3. Audit Management· Coordinate with statutory auditors for quarterly/half-yearly limited review and annual audits.· Manage internal audit processes and ensure timely closure of audit observations.· Maintain audit-ready documentation and schedules.4. Taxation (Direct & Indirect)· Manage GST compliance including returns, reconciliations (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B), and input tax credit tracking.· Oversee TDS compliance, including deductions, payments, and return filings.· Assist in Income Tax matters, including computation, advance tax, and assessments.5. Regulatory & Financial Reporting· Support preparation of financial disclosures under Companies Act and SEBI (LODR), if applicable.· Assist in preparation of half-yearly and annual financial results for Board / Audit Committee.6. Vendor Onboarding & Compliance· Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding process including KYC, documentation, and system creation.· Ensure vendor compliance with GST, PAN, and statutory requirements.· Maintain vendor master data integrity and periodic validation.7. Stock & Inventory Accounting· Oversee inventory accounting including valuation, reconciliation, and controls.· Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for stock verification and reporting.· Ensure proper accounting of inward/outward movement of goods.· Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory and provide provisioning inputs.8. Internal Controls & Process Strengthening· Ensure strong financial controls around closing and reporting processes.· Identify and implement improvements in accounting and compliance processes.9. Business Coordination· Work closely with sales, procurement, and logistics teams for seamless financial operations.· Provide financial inputs on pricing, margins, and deal structuring etc.Qualification & Experience:· MBA (Finance) / / M. Com with relevant experience.· 4–8 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in IT distribution, telecom, or technology sector.· Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, accounting and Accounts Finalization.· Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP or similar).Key Skills:· Strong knowledge of IND AS and financial reporting· Expertise in GST, TDS, and Income Tax· Good understanding of inventory accounting and vendor processes· Strong audit handling and documentation skills· Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency· Ability to work under deadlines in a dynamic environmentWhat We Offer:· Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership of the Organization.· Exposure to end-to-end finance operations in a growing Indian technology company.
