About the role Legal Experts AI is building the future of legal intelligence by connecting expert witnesses and legal professionals through technology, data, and trusted relationships. Our mission is to modernize how expertise is discovered, evaluated, and activated in the legal ecosystem. Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Representative to support LEAI’s growth by initiating conversations with expert witnesses. This is a high-volume, structured outreach role. You will not be responsible for closing deals. Your primary goal is to book introductory meetings with LEAI’s leadership by generating interest and qualifying conversations. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to expert witnesses (target: ~30 calls per day). Follow a defined outreach cadence. Leave professional voicemails and send follow-up emails. Engage prospects via LinkedIn when applicable. Accurately log all activity in LEAI’s CRM / tracking system. Drive end-to-end sales using AI-powered tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and HubSpot to identify prospects, manage pipelines, and optimize outreach. Leverage tools like Gong, Lavender, and Salesloft to enhance communication, personalize outreach, and improve conversion rates through data-driven insights. Maintain clean notes, statuses, and follow-up dates. Identify and flag high-interest leads for priority handling. Book qualified introductory meetings with LEAI leadership. What Success Looks Like Consistent daily activity (calls, emails, follow-ups). High-quality notes and accurate CRM updates. Steady flow of booked meetings. Professional, respectful interactions with expert-level professionals. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable speaking with senior professionals and subject-matter experts. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to follow scripts, processes, and tracking requirements. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and CRMs. Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience in legal, consulting, or professional services environments. Familiarity with CRM tools (Bitrix, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Compensation & Growth Competitive base compensation. Performance-based incentives tied to meetings booked. Opportunity to grow into senior outreach, partnerships, or sales roles.
