We aim to build awareness and structured solutions that support thyroid patients through medical guidance, nutrition, lifestyle modification, and technology-enabled insights.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Meta Ads Expert to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on: • Instagram • FacebookThe role will focus on promoting reels, webinars, consultations, and programs to generate relevant leads and improve campaign performance. Creatives (reels, images, ad copy) will be provided by the Thyright team.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Setup & Management • Create and manage campaigns using Meta Ads Manager • Boost reels strategically to increase reach and engagement • Run lead generation campaigns for webinars, consultations, and programs • Define audience targeting and campaign objectivesOptimization • Monitor campaign performance regularly • Optimize ads to improve cost efficiency and lead quality • Conduct basic A/B testing for audiences and creativesTracking & Reporting • Ensure proper campaign tracking setup (Pixel integration if required) • Share periodic performance summary (weekly or biweekly) • Track key metrics such as reach, CTR, CPC, and cost per leadRequirements • Experience running ads on Instagram and Facebook • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager platform • Understanding of audience targeting and campaign optimization • Ability to interpret performance metrics and improve campaign efficiency • Experience in healthcare/wellness sector is a plusCompensation₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month(depending on experience)Engagement Type Freelance / Part-time / Remote
