Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Designer based in New Delhi. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing unique collections, working with textiles and embroidery techniques, ensuring impeccable fitting, and staying updated on fashion trends. The role also involves collaborating with other team members, sourcing fabrics, and overseeing the production process to ensure the highest standards are met. Qualifications Proficiency in Fashion Design and a strong understanding of current trendsExperience with Textiles and Embroidery techniquesKnowledge of garment Fitting and constructionCreative vision combined with attention to detailStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented settingBachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related fieldExperience in sustainable fashion and working with artisans is a plus
