Check out our website to discover the Tenneco Way.ABOUT THE ROLE:The OneStream Administrator supports the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of the OneStream CPM platform. This role partners closely with Accounting, Finance, and IT to support GAAP-based financial reporting, ensure system stability, data accuracy, and timely resolution of application issues. The ideal candidate has hands-on OneStream experience, a working knowledge of GAAP reporting, and is looking to deepen technical and functional expertise within a financial systems environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Application Support & TicketingServe as a primary point of contact for OneStream-related support requests through the organization’s ticketing systemTriage, analyze, and resolve user issues related to data loads, reports, dashboards, workflows, and securitySupport GAAP reporting users by resolving issues impacting financial statements and management reportingEscalate complex issues to senior administrators or external consultants as neededTrack issues through resolution and communicate status clearly to stakeholdersOneStream AdministrationAdminister and support OneStream applications, including dimensions, hierarchies, metadata, and securityAssist with user access, roles, and profiles to support GAAP reporting requirementsSupport chart of accounts, legal entity structures, and reporting rollups used for external and management reportingMonitor application performance and assist with optimization effortsData Integration & TransformationSupport and troubleshoot data loads from ERPs and other source systems into OneStreamBuild, maintain, and support Transformation Rules, including mappings, logic, and validations aligned with GAAP reportingPerform data reconciliations between source systems, OneStream, and GAAP financial statementsAnalyze and resolve data load, mapping, and transformation issuesFunctional Knowledge & Financial ProcessesApply a strong understanding of OneStream core functionality, including cubes, workflows, dashboards, and reportsUnderstand and leverage the OneStream Order of Operations when supporting data loads, consolidations, and calculationsSupport GAAP-based consolidation processes, including eliminations, intercompany, and currency translationAssist with month-end close, forecast, and budget cycles by ensuring system readiness and data accuracyTesting, Controls & DocumentationParticipate in testing of enhancements, new builds, and patches in non-production environmentsValidate system changes to ensure continued alignment with GAAP reporting and internal controlsDocument configurations, processes, and recurring issues for audit, SOX, and knowledge-sharing purposesFollow established change management and SDLC practicesCollaboration & Continuous ImprovementPartner with Accounting and Finance teams to support GAAP reporting needs and ongoing system enhancementsSupport internal and external audit requests related to OneStream processes and reporting outputsApply OneStream best practices and continuously improve system support processesContinue building OneStream technical and functional expertise through training and hands-on experienceRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related fieldMinimum of 5+ years of hands-on OneStream experience in an administrator, analyst, or support roleWorking knowledge of GAAP financial reporting and consolidation conceptsExperience supporting financial systems through a ticketing or application support modelFamiliarity with data integrations, transformation rules, and reconciliation processesPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting GAAP consolidations, eliminations, and intercompany accounting in OneStreamHands-on experience with OneStream Transformation Rules and workflowsExposure to OneStream calculations, business rules, and reporting componentsExperience supporting month-end close in a GAAP reporting environmentExposure to SQL, relational databases, or financial data modelsOneStream Administrator or related certificationKey SkillsStrong understanding of OneStream functionality and GAAP reporting principlesAnalytical mindset with strong troubleshooting skillsHigh attention to detail and data accuracyEffective communication with accounting, finance, and technical stakeholdersAbility to operate in a close-driven, deadline-oriented environment
