Job Duties (including but not limited to):Deliver Level 2 Technical Support for Desktops, Laptops, Servers, Peripherals, and Endpoint devices across the organizationOwn and resolve Service Desk escalations within defined SLAs, minimizing dependency on L3 teamsProvide advanced troubleshooting of hardware, operating systems, applications, and network connectivity issuesProvide reliable onsite and remote support, ensuring minimal business disruptionInstall, configure, and support Windows 10/11 systems in enterprise environmentsExecute OS builds, upgrades, patching cycles, and routine system maintenanceAdminister Google Workspace (G Suite) including Chromebook enrollment, policy enforcement, user/device management, and application deployment via Admin ConsoleDeploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications using Intune, JAMF and MosyleManage printer deployments using Papercut and Printer LogicAdminister Active Directory and Azure AD users, devices, groups, and access permissionsSupport MFA, VPN, and secure remote access servicesPrepare, image, deploy, refresh, and replace end‑user devicesPerform break/fix diagnostics and coordinate hardware repairs with vendorsMaintain accurate asset tagging, inventory, and software licensing recordsEnsure complete incident documentation, adherence to SOPs, and process complianceCollaborate closely with L3 Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Network teams on escalations and projectsMust‑Have Technical Skills:Strong hands‑on experience with Windows 10/11 and Windows ServerProven working knowledge of Intune, SCCM, Endpoint Manager, Jamf, and Group PolicySolid experience with Active Directory / Azure AD user and device managementAdministration of Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace (G Suite – Mandatory)Printer deployment and management using Papercut and PrinterLogicNetworking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, VPNEndpoint security controls including antivirus, encryption, patching, and device complianceFile permissions, drive mappings, and access control managementBasic understanding of backup tools and backup typesExposure to VoIP and CCTV systems at a support levelWhat Our Ideal Candidate Will Bring:The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications: A+, N+, CCENT, Microsoft, CCNA Certifications preferredMinimum 4+yearsof outstanding customerservice experienceMinimum 4+ years of technical support experienceAbility to work in a 24/7 shift-based environment.What Our Ideal Candidate Will Receive:A companyfocused on maintaining a great companyculture.A companythat is always looking to improve whileadhering to our core principles.An opportunity to make a difference in the company and to be rewarded for doing so.An opportunity for career growthwithin the organization.Competitive compensation package with variablepays potential and benefits.Company Background:Inspiroz provides ongoing support and maintenance services through a unique model that blends on-site and remote support for existing IT infrastructure and devices to sustain their purpose.
