The role involves working closely with HR and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and user‑friendly recruiting processes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors RCM module.Configure recruiting templates, workflows, job requisitions, and approval processes.Set up and manage candidate profiles, job application templates, and offer letters.Configure Career Site Builder (CSB) and manage internal/external career sites.Implement and support Recruiting Posting (RCMK) and job board integrations.Manage interview scheduling, candidate status management, and offer processes.Work on data migration, imports/exports, and reporting.Collaborate with integration teams for SF‑EC, Onboarding, and third‑party ATS/job boards.Conduct UAT, go‑live support, and post‑production support (L2/L3).Prepare functional specifications and business requirement documents.Required SkillsStrong hands‑on experience in SAP SuccessFactors RCM.Good understanding of end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle.Experience with Career Site Builder (CSB) and Recruiting Posting.Knowledge of Role‑Based Permissions (RBP) and security settings.Experience with Integration Center / APIs / file‑based integrations.Strong client communication and requirement‑gathering skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 integration.Knowledge of SAP SF EC (Employee Central) integration.Exposure to reporting tools (Ad Hoc reports, Table reports, Quicksight).Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting is a plus.Experience in global implementations and support projects.EducationBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or equivalent.
