With 40+ dairy automation projects across India and an engineering centre in Pune, we are a fast-growing team that gives young engineers real ownership on live projects from day one.Summary:End-to-End Project Ownership – From kickoff to final handoverHigh On-Site Exposure – Work directly on live industrial projectsCutting-Edge Automation – Hands-on with Siemens PLC/SCADA systemsFast Career Growth – Path to Senior Engineer / Project Manager in 2–3 yearsWork with Industry Leaders – Exposure to top process equipment & technologiesAttractive Benefits – Travel allowance, site benefits & performance-based growthKey ResponsibilitiesLead project execution from planning to commissioning and handoverCoordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timelines are metSupervise and support installation of CIP systems, pasteurizers, pumps, valves, and pipingInstall and commission electrical panels, instruments, and control systemsPerform PLC/SCADA commissioning (I/O checks, interlocks, alarms, trials)Conduct FAT/SAT, troubleshoot issues, and close punch pointsPrepare project reports, trackers, and handover documentationAct as the on-site point of contact for clients and stakeholdersRequirement:Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering1–4 years of experience in industrial automation, site execution, or project engineering (freshers with strong practical exposure can also be considered)Basic knowledge of PLC systems (preferably Siemens S7-1200/1500) and field wiringHands-on exposure (or understanding) of process equipment and instrumentation such as flow meters, RTDs, pressure transmitters, valves, and pumpsExperience in installation, commissioning, or FAT/SAT activities is an added advantageAbility to read and interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, and layout drawingsProficiency in MS Excel and Word for reporting and documentation
