We are hiring a Senior Civil Engineer, who will be responsible for supporting on-site execution, supervision and coordination of civil works, ensuring activities progress as per drawings, schedule, quality and safety requirements, while working closely with senior engineers, subcontractors and client representatives.Experience & QualificationsWork experience: not below 6 years, not above 8 yearsMinimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial / infrastructure construction projectsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)Prior experience as Site Engineer / Junior Engineer on industrial or sizeable civil construction projectsExposure to RCC works, foundations, industrial buildings, PEB structures, drains, internal roads and servicesInitial Location: Hyderabad, TelanganaSubsequent Location: readiness to work PAN IndiaCompensation Range: 6 to 8 LPAKey ResponsibilitiesExecution of civil construction activities as per drawings and approved specificationsDay-to-day supervision of subcontractors and work frontsMonitoring progress, productivity and material usage at siteEnsuring compliance with QA/QC, safety and housekeeping standardsPreparation of DPRs, measurement records and site documentationSupporting billing engineers with quantity tracking and measurementsCoordination with planning, procurement and QA/QC teamsAssisting senior site leadership in managing multiple parallel activitiesSupporting coordination with client/PMC representatives at siteSkill ExpectationsHands-on exposure to civil site execution activitiesAbility to manage subcontractors and workforce at site levelBasic understanding of planning coordination and billing measurementsWorking knowledge of drawings and construction methodologiesClear communication with internal teams and reporting managersDiscipline in documentation, reporting and record keepingWork Ethic ExpectationsBelieves in teamwork, ownership and accountabilityHigh integrity, self-driven and dependableReady to work in challenging site conditions with tight timelinesComfortable working within high industrial standards of quality and safetyWilling to adapt to collaborative digital tools, mobile apps and reporting systemsThis role requires consistent on-site presence and commitment.
