Excellent communication, and data visualization skills Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and implement credit card collection strategies based on data insights Lead multiple analytics projects with minimal supervision Analyze large datasets using SQL to identify trends and improvement opportunities Design and optimize Champion-Challenger tests to enhance collections Collaborate with stakeholders to present insights and influence decision-making Mentor junior analysts in analytics and data knowledgeDocument key projects and maintain them in on shared space
