We combine deep expertise in diabetes with innovation to develop high-quality products and tools that make a meaningful daily difference.Role OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and commercially driven marketing leader to be a part of the India marketing function. This position will support with shaping and executing the country’s short- and long-term marketing strategy with a strong focus on retail and trade excellence, portfolio growth, e commerce and digital expansion.This role partners closely with the Country Head, Sales Head and cross-functional teams to drive sustainable growth, strengthen brand equity, and enhance customer engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Portfolio GrowthDevelop and execute short- and long-term marketing strategies aligned with business objectivesProvide strategic direction on portfolio management, branding, positioning, and pricingLead product launches and integrated marketing campaigns to drive growth and market shareIdentify new market opportunities, segments, and partnerships to expand the businessManage marketing investments to ensure strong ROI and commercial impactRetail & Trade Marketing ExcellenceBuild and manage long-term partnerships with retail, wholesale, and modern trade channel partnersDevelop and implement strategic key account frameworks and annual promotion plansDrive in-store excellence through visibility programs, merchandising, and activation campaignsNegotiate premium retail placements and oversee execution standardsCollaborate closely with sales teams to ensure effective rollout of trade initiativesDigital & Commercial InnovationPartner with regional teams to expand digital and e-commerce marketing initiativesDrive CRM and loyalty programs to improve customer acquisition and retentionBuild commercial partnerships with digital health stakeholdersTeam & Cross-Functional LeadershipWork closely with internal and local marketing team, sales, regional, and global stakeholders to ensure alignmentManage agency partnerships and ensure high-quality campaign executionEnsure compliance with regulatory standards across marketing activitiesCandidate Profile8 - 10 years of experience in strategic and operational marketing in OTC, FMCG,Strong background in retail/trade marketing and digital expansionExperience in medical devices, consumer healthcare, or related regulated industries preferredProven track record of driving brand growth and commercial resultsStrong financial and sales acumen and experience managing marketing investmentsExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsMBA in Marketing required; science/pharmacy background is a plusKnowledge of diabetes care or related therapeutic categories is advantageous.Why Join UsThis is an opportunity to lead marketing strategy in a fast-growing healthcare category and make a real impact on people living with diabetes.
