The responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized educational programs (IEPs) tailored to the requirements of children with special needs, delivering interactive lessons, and assisting in their academic, social, and emotional development. The teacher will collaborate closely with parents, therapists, and other educators to ensure a supportive learning environment. Regular assessments, progress tracking, and communication with families are integral aspects of the position.QualificationsExpertise in Special Education and experience working with children with special needsMinimum 3 years of experience in as a special educator Strong Communication skills to build rapport with students, parents, and colleaguesCompassionate and patient approach to teaching and working with diverse learning needsBachelor’s degree in special education in autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or learning disabilities (LD), or a related field (master’s degree preferred)RCI Certification or licensure in Special Education is mandatory
