End User Computing (EUC) LeadEnd User Computing (EUC) LeadLocation: PAN IndiaExperience: 10 to 14Interview Mode: Online InterviewInterview Date: 23rd April 2025 (Thursday)Interview Time: 2: 00 PM to 4: 00 PMMandatory skills: EUC Service Ownership & DeliveryMust Have:• EUC Service Ownership & DeliveryOwn the overall delivery of EUC services, covering:End‑user devices (Windows/macOS)Applications and software distributionTech Bar and onsite servicesRemote EUC supportEnsure all EUC services are delivered as defined in SOWAct as the primary point of accountability for EUC service performance, stability, and compliance2.Leadership & Team ManagementLead and coordinate onsite and offshore EUC teams, including:Tech Bar engineersRemote EUC support resourcesEndpoint specialists (Intune, packaging, vulnerability, tooling)Allocate work, set priorities, and ensure adequate coverage across locations and shiftsMentor team members and ensure adherence to operational standards and procedures3.Tech Bar & Onsite Support GovernanceOversee walk‑up and mobile Tech Bar services across designated sitesEnsure Tech Bar services:Provide immediate access to end usersResolve hardware and software issues on‑siteFollow consumer‑style, high‑touch support principlescident, Request & Escalation ManagementAct as final escalation points for complex EUC incidents and service requestsEnsure EUC Incidents, Requests, and Problems are:Identified correctlyResolved within agreed Service LevelsDocumented accurately in the ITSM toolCoordinate with other resolver groups and third‑party vendors as required to resolve cross‑functional issues5.Endpoint Management & Security ComplianceEnsure EUC devices are:Monitored, managed, and configured remotelyCompliant with enterprise security and configuration standardsMonitoring endpoint postureRemediation of security configuration and software vulnerabilitiesDetection and management of non‑compliant devices6.Asset Lifecycle & CMDB AccuracyGovern end‑to‑end EUC asset lifecycle, including:DeploymentRefreshRelocationRemoval and disposalEnsure asset details are accurately updated in CMDB and asset tracking systemsOversee physical device movements and ensure users can successfully operate devices post‑deployment7.Stakeholder & Business EngagementAct as the primary EUC contact for business stakeholdersBuild strong working relationships with customerEnsure EUC services deliver a consistent and positive user experience8.Reporting, Governance & Service ImprovementProduce and review regular EUC reports covering:Incident and request volumesResolution ratesSLA complianceTech Bar performance metricsParticipate in service reviews and governance forumsIdentify opportunities for:Shift‑leftAutomationReduction of repeat incidentsAdoption of emerging technologies to reduce15 years of Continuous Education
