Our team is committed to delivering excellence, innovation, and creativity to help emerging businesses scale effectively.Role OverviewWe’re a growing agency working with companies across the UK, EU, and US, and we’re looking for a motion graphics–first creator who can craft visually engaging, high-quality content with strong storytelling and editing capabilities. This role requires someone who can seamlessly combine motion design with video editing to produce compelling short-form content.Key Responsibilities:Design and create high-quality motion graphics including animated text, transitions, and visual effectsEdit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, ads) with strong pacing and storytellingBring static content to life using motion design to improve engagement and retentionMaintain consistency across different brand styles and industriesAdd captions, sound design, and visual enhancementsCollaborate with the team for feedback and revisionsDeliver content quickly while maintaining high qualityRequirements:Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics (primary) + video editingAdvanced proficiency in After Effects (core requirement)Good working knowledge of Premiere Pro or similar toolsStrong sense of animation, design, and timingAbility to create original motion graphics (not template-heavy)Understanding of short-form content and audience retentionReliable, responsive, and able to work independentlyHow to Apply:Email your application to with:Updated resumePortfolio (must include motion graphics work)Current CTCExpected CTCNote: Applications without strong motion graphics work and CTC details will not be considered.
