Job Title: Pharmacy Manager – HeadquartersCompany: Progenesis IVFLocation: Thane (Hiranandani Estate)About the Company:Progenesis IVF is a leading fertility care provider with a strong network of 21 centers across India, committed to delivering advanced reproductive treatments with excellence, ethics, and patient-centric care.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Manager to be based at our Headquarters in Thane. This role will be responsible for overseeing centralized pharmacy operations across all centers, including software management, reporting, inventory coordination, and query resolution. The position requires strong coordination skills and the ability to ensure smooth functioning of pharmacy processes across multiple locations.The Pharmacy Manager will directly report to the Director – Pharmacy & Operations.Key Responsibilities:1. Centralized Pharmacy Operations ManagementOversee and coordinate pharmacy operations across all 21 centersEnsure standardization of pharmacy processes and compliance with company protocolsMonitor day-to-day activities and address operational gaps2. Software & System ManagementManage pharmacy management software across all centersEnsure accurate data entry, stock updates, and system usageCoordinate with IT/vendor teams for troubleshooting and system improvementsTrain staff on proper software usage and updates3. Inventory & Stock MonitoringTrack and monitor stock levels across all centersEnsure optimum inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstockingCoordinate with centers for stock transfers and replenishment planningMaintain records of high-value and critical medications4. Reporting & Data ManagementPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reportsAnalyze pharmacy performance, consumption patterns, and variancesShare insights and reports with management for decision-makingMaintain proper documentation and audit-ready records5. Query Handling & CoordinationAct as the central point of contact for all pharmacy-related queriesResolve issues raised by center teams in a timely mannerCoordinate between centers, vendors, and managementEnsure smooth communication across all pharmacy units6. Compliance & Quality AssuranceEnsure all pharmacy operations comply with regulatory standardsMaintain proper documentation as per audit and legal requirementsSupport internal and external audits7. Vendor & Procurement CoordinationCoordinate with procurement teams and vendors for medicine supplyTrack order status and ensure timely delivery across centersAssist in vendor evaluation and rate negotiationsKey Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and inventory managementProficiency in pharmacy/ERP software systemsExcellent analytical and reporting skillsStrong communication and coordination abilitiesProblem-solving and query-handling skillsHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multi-location operationsQualification & Experience:Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)Minimum 3–6 years of experience in pharmacy operations, preferably in healthcare or hospital setupExperience in handling multi-location pharmacy operations will be an added advantageReporting Structure:Reports directly to: Director – Pharmacy & Operations
